Pearly Penile Papules ?!?!?!?

Hi im 18 had a girlfriend for a year and a half, She was clean to my knowledge. But lately i have really been examining my penis closely and ive noticed very tiny like dots on the head of my penis they may be completely normal and i feel like they have been their forever, just more noticable now that im actually looking. Also i feel like their easier to see when im hard. Or when i look directly down like torwards the penis. They look like the Pearly penile papules, but i read about them that they only come in lines around the head of the penis circumference. And mine are basically right in the middle of the top of the head. You can barely see them like i said unless im hard tho. Anyone or everyone have anything like this? Also i went to my regular Doctor for a regualr check up and he glanced at them , he may have no even noticed them. I have been really scared not sure what to do
Also they dont really look like any picture of HPV warts or Herpes that ive seen, which ive looked non stop. They Are like a tiny white pin shape very very tiny sort or like the penile papsules that sruround the curcumference of the penis head mine jus are like not in any row

sounds like HPV genital warts. it’ll either work its way out of your system in a couple of years or you’ll have to get them cryogenically removed. you probably gave it to your gf.
